Refund Policy

At Kadji,we strive to offer the best possible care and services to our patients. However, we understand that situations may arise where discontinuation becomes necessary. Our refund policy ensures fairness and clarity for all parties involved. .

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be applicable under the following condition:

  • The patient chooses to discontinue our services within 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of enrollment.

Terms & Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kadji.co.in within the eligible 3-week period.
  • No refund will be processed for requests received after 21 days from the enrollment date.
  • The enrollment date is defined as the date on which the patient formally registers and payment is received.
  • One-time registration or administrative charges are strictly non-refundable.
  • Consumable items (such as medicines, medical supplies, dietary supplements, hygiene products, etc.) that have been used or issued during the service period will not be counted in the refund amount.
  • Upon approval, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
